Ground source heat pump technology is in a rapid development stage in China, and there are more and more corresponding researches. The extension project of Wenzhou urban and rural construction workers secondary school and some specialized schools used vertical buried tube hybrid ground-source heat pump system as air conditioning scheme.Based on the project as an example, this paper introduces the buried tube heat exchanger design method, which is using theoretical analysis model, combined with experimental research, to predict the properties of system operation for a long time, to find a reasonable operation control strategies; with a optimization analysis on the parameter of the ground source heat pump air conditioning system design of buried heat exchangers, it analyses the effect of the buried pipe spacing and depth of ground source heat pump air conditioning system. Analysis indicates the vertical buried tube ground-source heat pump air-conditioning system of constant temperature and humidity choose burying pipe4m-5m, depth80m~100m. It also has collation and analysis on engineering data, to calculate the various energy consumption of air conditioning schemes, using the method of comparing different air conditioning scheme to explain the saving performance of ground source heat pump system energy.Refer to comparison of air cooled heat pump system, water cooled screw machine+gas-fired boiler system and composite ground source heat pump system in three forms of cold and heat source system schemes in initial investment and operation cost, the initial investment of ground source heat pump air conditioning technology are higher than the other, but its running cost is much lower, but after2-5years running after use, the total investment can be leveled, and from long-term use of the economic point of view, ground-source heat pump system is significantly superior to others.
