The continuous improvement of the quality of our residents' life and the comfort of the human-habitat thermal environment have become the main concerns of people when considering the choice of building heating methods.The low-temperature radiator heating system reduces the circulating hot water temperature.For the traditional high-temperature radiator heating system,not only the energy consumption is reduced at the heat source,the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is achieved,but also the indoor thermal environment and human heat.The improvement of comfort also plays a positive role;this system has certain application advantages for the energy-saving reconstruction of existing building heating systems or the independent control of small-scale building heating.In winter in hot and winter cold regions in China,the temperature in winter is cold and the humidity is high.There is a need and necessity for heating,and the area has abundant low-temperature heat sources,such as air energy,geothermal energy,etc.This has practical significance for the application of low-temperature radiator systems in the region.This article mainly focuses on the research area of the low-temperature radiator heating system,which has less research and application in hot summer and cold winter regions.It explores the suitability of the low-temperature radiator heating system in the region and provides theoretical and experimental data support for the application of the system in the region.An experimental platform for the construction of a low-temperature radiator heating system was set up to measure the indoor and outdoor temperatures,radiator surface temperatures,and the performance of the heat pump unit when the low-temperature radiator heating system was operating under six different supply and return water temperature conditions.Analyze the influence of different supply and return water temperature difference and ultra-low temperature water supply and radiator system operation on indoor temperature,radiator surface temperature and system performance.The influence of the ambient temperature on the indoor temperature was analyzed to verify the energy-saving and stability of the low-temperature radiator system.The optimum temperature of the return water for the low-temperature radiator heating system operating in the hot summer and cold winter regions was obtained.Combining experimental research with numerical simulation,the temperature,air velocity,PMV and PPD values of the indoor and outdoor air-conditioning heating systems at different temperatures were compared.It further proves the comfort of the thermal environment in the low-temperature operation room of the radiator heating system.The results show that when the average outdoor temperature in winter in Hefei area is 0.94°C~8.24°C,the low-temperature radiator heating system ensures that the hot water return temperature is the lowest 33°C,and the hot water supply temperature is 37°C~45°C,the indoor average temperature can be Up to 16 °C and above,at an acceptable level;radiator heating system to reduce the temperature of the return water can increase the heat pump unit COP,to ensure the same degree of thermal comfort,the system unit energy saving rate of 1.88%;relative to air conditioning heating,low temperature heat dissipation The heating of the device can reduce the time-temperature fluctuations in the room,the amplitude is less than 1°C,and the average near-surface temperature is increased by 3.3°C.The indoor vertical temperature gradient interval is reduced;the simulation of the indoor temperature field and the airflow velocity field shows that the two different heating methods are used indoors.The temperature of the main personnel's activity area can reach 18°C to meet the requirements of the standard;indoor low-temperature radiator heating temperature field and velocity field distribution are better than air-conditioning heating,in which the vertical temperature gradient of the low-temperature radiator heating room is smaller and the wind speed is small.The air-conditioning heating room PMV value is slightly lower than the low-temperature radiator heating room,low-temperature radiator heating room PMV of the main personnel activity area is-0.3,PPD between 6% to 8%,the staff feels moderate and cool,with low dissatisfaction.
