The fabricated concrete building has been developed to a new height.With the continuous encouragement of the national and local policies,the fabricated concrete building will continue to develop a new development form.Compared with the assembled concrete structure,the development of the assembled steel structure is still relatively backward,and there is no mature technical system.There are few and few assembled steel structures have been built or are being built,and the related research and innovation are far from mature.Support system is an important part of the assembled steel structure,steel structure building steel column and beam prefabricated in the factory to complete the traditional on-site assembly itself belongs to the category of prefabricated construction,but the construction form of the integrated degree is low,the maintenance system of wet operation,if the steel structure used in the house when foreign bracing system needs insulation two complicated operation process.Precast concrete external wall panels are highly integrated and convenient for site construction,but the performance of wall panels and the connection form with main structures are not enough.In this paper,the application and correlation index of precast concrete wall hanging board in the assembly type steel structure housing are studied and analyzed.Combined with engineering examples,the production process of precast concrete wallboard is introduced,and the installation and precision control method of precast concrete wallboard are introduced.The finite element software ANSYS and experiment are applied to study the mechanical properties of the connection joints of the precast concrete wall panels,and the combined performance and thermal performance of the wall panels.The applicability of precast concrete wall panels in steel structure residence is analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn.1,precast concrete external wall panels used in assembling steel structure project,the main steel structure for plug-in board installation,the main axis of the outer structure of steel beam and steel column will not be on the same axis,so the steel column beam connection will exist eccentric connection.This kind of eccentric connection produces an additional torque to the core area of the node,which will cause the steel beam to distort.In this paper,several reinforcement measures are analyzed combined with finite software.It is concluded that increasing the steelcolumn in the core area of the joint will greatly reduce the influence of the additional torque on the steel beam in the core area of the node.2.The precast concrete outer wall panel,as a enclosure structure,is applied to the assembled steel structure,and the wall board should not affect the stiffness of the main structure.The design of nodes should be considered.In order to meet the coordinated deformation of the main structure under earthquake action,the joints of nodes should be properly disposed to release unnecessary degrees of freedom.The ratio of section 3,precast concrete cladding panels through the combined degree of actual bending stiffness and the stiffness of the composite wall panel fully expressed,analysis of impact factors of composite wallboard combined with finite element software,found that connecting the inner and outer leaves of the concrete wall(stainless steel flat steel bar truss rib spacing arrangement)the more dense the combined strength of wallboard is high,doors and windows and doors and windows of the location of the combined wall of different degrees of impact.
