Based on the background of strategic become higher of energy-saving for building designed in severe cold area of China,the quantitative comparison and multi-objectives optimization forecasting method of energy-saving technology has become the key to deepen the research on building energy-saving design in severe cold area,and more for building energy conservation and cost control in severe cold area The research on target quantitative optimization will bring new opportunities for the implementation of China’s building energy conservation and emission reduction and the optimization of theoretical methods.Based on the research of "Multi-objectives Optimization Method Based on Green Building Design and Incremental Cost of Technology",the research builds the target-optimization model of energy-saving technology for quantitative selection of energy-saving design of energy-saving design of building envelope,and puts forward the energy-saving optimization benefit plan prediction technology.Combined with the actual construction project,the project design of"Energy-saving Building Demonstration Center",based on the sensitivity analysis of energy-saving design of transparent and non-transparent building envelope,draws the main design influence elements.After the relevant parameter groups are formulated and the control variables are used,the total annual building energy consumption and indoor lighting uniformity and the incremental cost of energy-saving design are taken as a multi-objective.Based on genetic algorithm and Rhino Grasshopper,the experiment model was established based on genetic algorithm,EnergyPlus energy simulation engine and Daysim lighting simulation engine,and the genetic algorithm was solved by Pareto intelligent solution Optimization of the design process.The research can cover the global portfolio of design variables,obtain the optimal solution set and the target optimal solution set in a short time and efficiently,and propose a target optimization scheme within the maximum range of global search more quickly and accurately,improve the accuracy of solution and shorten the simulation time cost.Under the best environment of meeting the highest certification of passive energy-saving building in the world and lighting uniformity of building space,considering the incremental cost of energy-saving design,that is,the annual energy consumption in project design and construction is not more than 15kWh/m2 a,Degree to meet 80%of the conditions,compared with China’s green building evaluation criteria for the basic model,reducing project incremental costs and shorten the return period.Compared with the standard design of energy-saving programs,the optimization scheme can meet the requirements of the optimal lighting uniformiity in the building space,with more efficient energy-saving benefits,lower incremental cost of energy-saving design,and more perfect energy-saving design technologies.Laying a good foundation for design and providing references for the successful design of building envelope optimization in severe cold area.It provides an important research basis and stage research results for establishing the technical system and prediction method of optimal energy-saving design of envelope in passive design of building build in Cold and Sever cold region of China.. |
