With"The Belt and Road" policy,China's construction industry has injected new vitality,competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In the practical engineering project,the situation that the employer requires the contractor to finish the work ahead of time is becoming more and more common.The increase in construction costs caused by accelerated construction,the actual loss can be measured,but due to the efficiency of catching the duration can not be directly measured.What's more,the determination of the value of the efficiency loss in the accelerated construction costs in the controversy is quite a lot of domestic,and at present,both here and abroad lack of solutions to such problems,but the actual loss is objective existence.Based on the analysis of the characteristics,principles and legal basis of the cost claim,this paper compares the cost composition of the accelerated construction under the normal construction,and through combing the advantages and disadvantages of the general calculation method of the construction cost compared with the acceleration,analyzes the existing problems in the calculation of the claim.The effective coefficient is put forward for the quantification difficulty of the construction efficiency loss.And the PCA-factor analysis and FAHP-entropy weight model are used to calculate the efficiency coefficient under accelerated construction,analyze the problem effectively,combined with the existing calculation method,the theoretical basis and the calculation model and the method of the cost claim calculation have a further research which designed to better address the accelerated construction costs claims.Through the questionnaire method and SPSS software tools,PCA-factor analysis was used to obtain the main influencing factors,and the FAHP-entropy method was used to construct the quantitative model of the effect of accelerated construction and normal construction,then the effect coefficients were calculated,and gets the efficiency of construction under the condition of comparison,provides the problem of the accelerated construction efficiency reduction claims with the mathematical theoretical basis.Finally,through the analysis and calculation of the project case,it embodies the practical application value of the calculation model,and also solves the problem of quantifying the problem of the problem,and caters to the phenomenon of accelerating the construction cost claims of the construction project,what's more,it plays a role of far-reaching guidance in the improving the level of handling the construction efficiency loss claims of accelerated construction.
