Because of the complex operating environment,and most of the construction content in the open air environment,highway construction is affected by the weather easily.The weather is random,resulting in the traditional staffing schedule their frequency of occurrence is relatively difficult to control precisely,and project schedule is difficult to achieve scientific and reasonable standards.The rainfall factor is the most frequent occurrence and extensive impact.In this paper,the road engineering progress plan for this phenomenon to consider the impact of rainfall simulation evaluation,the results are as follows:First of all,in view of the construction activities of highway engineering due to their own construction technology,construction environment is different,and affected by the degree of different rainfall characteristics.By combining gray clustering analysis with analytic hierarchy process,AHP-gray clustering model is constructed,and determine the weight of the clustering index and its clustering.Then the 43 projects of the highway project are divided into three categories according to the degree of rainfall impact,according to the degree of rainfall affected by the size of large and small,followed by a class,two categories,three categories,four categories of these four categories.Secondly,through literature review,expert assessment method,and on-site investigation by the delay coefficient method to quantify the impact of rainfall on the above four categories of activities after the delay factor to quantify an accurate assessment of highway construction schedule possible.Thirdly,in order to evaluate the effect of rainfall on the duration of highway engineering,the Monte Carlo simulation model is constructed by using the Monte Carlo simulation method.The simulation experiment of the duration of the highway project is carried out.Then,the simulation results are analyzed statistically,To determine the expected duration and variance,combined with the PERT method to determine the expected rainfall duration of the expected duration and the probability of implementation,and to improve the LEC,put forward the schedule evaluation criteria.Finally,the Monte Carlo simulation model proposed in this paper is validated and the three-time parameter of the traditional planning review technique is validated to simulate the actual completion period under the influence of rainfall.The schedule is further optimized,and the proposal of the project start date is selected.
