The performance of bridge under uncertain environment and loading gradually deteriorating, the safety performance of the bridge is reduced. This brings high cost for the late repair, reliable performance and effective implementation of the strategy,It can not only improve the repair of the bridge, but also ensure that the bridge has enough safety in various operation conditions. Based on the related data from our country and abroad, the use of MATLAB program optimization, the expected annual failure rate and the accumulative cost minimum as the objective function, the single component, different system, a practical bridge inspection, repair time is optimized.The main work of this thesis is the development:1Single component and system repair strategies are analyzed, and on the basis of the repair event tree model, the calculation results based on MATLAB, research and analysis of the single component and different configuration system repair probability in different repair strategies and corresponding repair branch of the annual failure rate.2To calculate and analyze the single component and different configuration of the system is expected to lose efficiency, expected annual failure rate and the accumulative cost minimum as the objective function, the program optimization for different configuration of the system detection and repair time are calculated.3For a real bridge as an example, write the failure probability and the failure rate of program command deck and girder calculation of the bridge, and the bridge detection and repair time were optimized.Through this study the following conclusions:1System failure rate and the expected failure rate depends on mainly the component and different configuration system.2In the hybrid structure system, can repair the member is in a key position in the system, Can improve effectively the system’s reliability.3The optimal repair through research and analysis of the real bridge calculated: the implementation of major repair strategy is the most suitable period influence on the structure is usually located in the second half of part of the bridge operation stage; implementation of preventive repair cost is low. and the implementation of the high cost of necessary repair; but the necessity of performance improvement of repair. The system has significant effect.
