Prefabricated buildings with a high degree of industrialization,construction organization and efficient,component quality control,saving labor and shorten project cycle,and the environmental impact of small advantages;Is the main trend in the future development of construction industry in our country.In on seismic performance of prefabricated structure study,beam-column joints connected by dry to reinforcement,this part is necessary to improve the node's bearing capacity and energy absorption ability,this paper design the bolt reinforcement method of node is placed in precast concrete precast concrete beam column on the dark side of with Angle steel fittings and bolt to fixed precast concrete tie-beam,using large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the precast beam-column joints with cast-in-place beam end of beam-column joints has carried on the low cycle reciprocating displacement load simulation,four groups of specimens were designed respectively,SJ-2,SJ-1--SJ-3,SJ-4,SJ-1 for cast-in-situ concrete beam-column joints,SJ-2,SJ-3,SJ-4 for precast concrete beam-column joints.A Standard calculation using ABAQUS software,it is concluded that the analysis results of four components,shows that this kind of precast concrete beam-column node energy dissipation capacity and ductility than than cast-in-situ node,but its ultimate bearing capacity and limit displacement are better than cast-in-situ beam-column joints.(1)from the prefabricated reinforced concrete beam-column joints model simulation analysis of prefabricated concrete beam-column joints can be drawn from damage,the first beam node damage occurs,then the bolt connecting beams,can consider to reinforcement of beam node location,increasing the bolt area,at the same time at the beam-column interface setting damping device.Beam-column joints bolt connection number is 4,its energy consumption performance than cast-in-situ beam-column joints,but the ultimate bearing capacity is better than cast-in-situ beam-column joints,the limit displacement and cast-in-place beam column node basic same,node can be drawn from all components work together in good condition,has the practical application potential.(2)in the beam-column node connection bolt from 4 to 6,the ultimate displacement increases,the node initial stiffness is bigger,but the yield displacement and ultimate bearing capacity is reduced,the beam end displacement in different direction,energy dissipation capacity gap is huge,is not recommended,due to changes in the number of bolts in this paper,we study only two,bolt quantity changes,the effects of the need to further research to get the right number of bolt envoys point of energy dissipation,ultimate bearing capacity,ductility ratio achieves a ideal value.(3)near the beam end Angle after extension,the beam end displacement reciprocating loading,the component energy performance is not better than SJ-2,this is due to the Angle of energy dissipation ability is limited,but the Angle with bolt joint serious stress concentration,making it easier for the Angle,and first column dark bracket beam node damage occur,here it is not recommended to put Angle out of nodes.Four of the precast concrete beam-column joints connecting mode bolt connection way of beam-column joints is stronger than its ultimate bearing capacity and limit displacement cast-in-situ concrete beam-column joints,but the seismic performance is a bit weak,can consider to study to improve node reinforcement and concrete strength or applied to the seismic section,and also hope can through the further experiment prove this kind of prefabricated concrete beams combination node feasibility of dry type connection.
