Since the last century since 50 s,steel smelting technology has been rapid development,the characteristics of high strength steel,fatigue resistance,good corrosion resistance,the use of construction have been applied to the bridge.Up to now,more and more types of bridges can be built with steel,such as steel box girders,steel box arches,steel pipe arches and various kinds of steel composite beam structures.Among them,steel truss arch bridge is gradually favored by more designers because of its advantages of short construction period,convenient construction and large bearing capacity.In order to solve complex environmental problems faced in the construction process of bridge products,at the same time to ensure the safety of the project smoothly,the rib integral hoisting technology research of large tonnage arch bridge,combined with the finite element software Midas the simulation of hoisting process monitoring,is proposed for the small construction site,instead of the ascension of the whole hydraulic jack method the traditional way of lifting construction,save construction time,reduce the construction cost.Luoyang east ring cross arch bridge monitoring project based on monitoring theory and objective in detail,the span is 88 m lifting section integral hoisting construction process monitoring,finite element analysis is the main content in Midas on the stress and strain in the construction of the theoretical analysis and calculation,the simulation calculation software the results obtained with the actual test results for comparison,two data error is small,does not have a negative effect on the construction,use objective data to ensure the hoisting process smoothly.Monitoring through the study of integral hoisting technology and arch rib lifting section,found problems in a timely manner to guide the construction of safe and smooth,achieve the purpose of construction monitoring,ensuring smooth and safe conduct of bridge construction.The integral hoisting construction monitoring work of the whole process,the significant effect on the actual construction process,stress strain and displacement and other indicators are to meet the requirements,it is also proved that the arch rib of large tonnage and large span in the narrow terrain in integral hoisting construction technology choice is feasible.
