The hong kong-zhuhai-macanbridge takes 110 m steel box continuous girder as non-navigation bridge.By using the method of large segments of the overall manufacturing of steel box girder.The construction of steel box continuous girder using the method of large segment hoisting.Because of the box section form,continuous steel box girder has strong bending stiffness and torsional stiffness,and because of the light weight,high strength,strong ability to cross of steel,continuous steel box girder has been used more and more widely.This paper introduces the hoisting construction method of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao large segment steel box beam and the difficulty of construction control.The accuracy of manufacture of steel box girder is thekey to reach the design requirements.This paper introduces the control points of the steel box girder manufacture,mainly including the calculation of the production line,the method of how to calculate the size of steel box girder,calculation of vertical camber and lateral camber,the angle calculation between two large segments and the adjustment measures.Linear control including the manufacturing alignment,installation alignment and bridge alignment.The linear control is the key to ensure the smooth closure and the key to reasonable stress.Draw up stress program,monitoring at any time during the lifting process,immediately after the discovery of the problem to take appropriate measures.Shear lag effect is considered in the process of stress calculation,in the rod system model,the theoretical stress is adjusted accordingly.The hoisting of large segment takes temporary connection bracket,using finite element analysis software MIDAS FEA to analyse thestrength and stiffness in order to ensure the stability of the connection.The sensitivity analysis of steel box girder's deformation and stress during themanufacturing stage and the installation stage.The sensitivity of parameters including weight error,the elastic modulus of steel box girder manufacture error,the overall temperature installation stage,and local temperature difference between top and bottom plate.Different combinations of various sensitivity parameters will bring different deformation and stress error,use the model of BP neural network,training a network to predict the error by using MATLAB,the predicted values of the deformation and the stress of different parameters are obtained.List the measured data of the first span steel box girder of 4x100 m continuous beam,analyse the deformation and stress of steel box girder from the manufacturing phase to the hoisting stage,and compared with the theoretical value,analyse errors and causes of errors,in order to provide more using information for the future instruction.
