Research On Location Of Electronic Fence Points For Changsha Shared Bicycles In The Perspective Of The Whole Region Tourism

Now it is the time to share the economic development,and it is also the time when the concept of whole region tourism is beginning to germinate.It is easy to link the whole region tourism with the shared economy,from the concept of development to the idea of development,both of which are common.In terms of resources,both of them emphasize the effective integration and utilization;In terms of layout,both emphasize rational planning on the layout;In terms of industry,both emphasize integration and upgrading.Therefore,in a sense,the development of the shared economy will help the whole region tourism concept blossom.There is no doubt that shared bike is a product of the sharing economy,this article summarizes the rational layout of shared bike,launches the research to Changsha city as the object,at present,the whole city bike environment in a state of disorder,so set up electronic fence points(New parked point)is the trend.In the study of the location of the parking point,most of scholars take the transportation convenience as the reference factor,especially the bus subway station,the main road and the dense point of human flow,and often ignore the tourist factors.As a kind of low carbon healthy traffic mode,the shared bike makes much contribution in solving people's work,studying and living.It is "traffic" attribute.in addition,from reviewing the literatures about the bike tourism,it also has "tourism" attribute,Now the "whole region tourism" is put forward,in accordance with the idea of rational planning of tourism resources and facilities,twice location research is carried out with the principle of "accessibility and global optimization coverage",to try to regulate the market parking,form scenic spots-leisure areas-traffic all three orderly flows.The research tool,this paper used GIS as a visual analysis method,in theory,based on sharing economy theory,fuzzy set theory,the accessibility theory,establish a theoretical analysis framework for the location of shared bike electronic fence points from the perspective of global region tourism.The sharing economy theory for supporting location factors,Accessibility Theory for supporting the initial location,fuzzy set theory is used to support the establishment of index system,the research method,using Delphi method,literature research method,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to complete the whole process of research.On the thinking of research,this paper first through consulting literature and asking experts to determine the factors affecting the location of shared bike.combining these factors with the spatial attributes of GIS,constructing fuzzy sets,and determining the membership of various factors,using the delphi method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to obtain the weight of various factors.For the factors which occupy the absolute weight,the first site selection based on the accessibility of scenic spots is made to ensure the liquidity of the scenic spots.For other factors,the GIS visualization analysis is used for the twice site selection,and the location area is finally obtained according to the weight of the different single factor layers,then grid and gravity method are used to discretize the location area.At last,Combine the classic collection cover model to determine the final electronic fence point.The research shows that:(1)The first 22 new locations of shared bike have optimized the "last kilometer"problem of scenic spots and realized the interconnection of scenic spots.(2)In the spatial layout of GIS analysis due to weight,the most suitable areas for the layout are parks,shopping malls and other leisure areas,which provide low carbon traffic support for those places with the most potential for city sightseeing.(3)The 508 new electronic fence points added to the second site are connected to the park,the residence,the shopping mall and the main line and the branch line,so as to realize the interconnect of leisure traffic.(4)The total coverage area of the 530 newly built electronic fence points is 366.85 square kilometers,about 29.8%of Changsha City,and the area close to 1/3 in the urban area of Changsha will be covered by the electronic point.
