| The integrated development of transportation and tourism is an inevitable result under the background of the "industry +" era.As the preferred way of self-driving travel,the functions of the corresponding service facilities are gradually expanding with the improvement of tourism demand.As an important place to serve drivers and passengers and display local culture,the expressway service area has become an important carrier in the "fast-forward roaming" system of transportation and travel integration.How to reasonably select the location of the expressway tourism characteristic service area,so as to spread the regional characteristics,improve the service quality,and drive the economic development,has become an urgent key problem to be solved in the theoretical research of tourism characteristic layout of service area.From the perspective of industrial integration,the connotation and system of the integration of transportation and tourism are analyzed,which shows that the tourism characteristic service area is the embodiment of facilities and equipment in the integration of transportation and tourism,and is an extension of the function expansion of the service area.Based on the relevant theory of general service area,the concept of expressway tourism characteristic service area is researched,and the nine characteristics and three values of expressway tourism characteristic service area are deeply analyzed.Among the service objects of the expressway tourism characteristic service area,the group for the purpose of tourism accounts for a large proportion.The towns along the expressway have good tourism resources and even are located in the tourism economic belt.Combined with the site selection principles and influencing factors of the expressway tourism characteristic service area,the site selection process of three progressive levels including expressway selection,pre-selection point determination,and site selection optimization is clarified.The highway selection model based on improved K-means cluster analysis,the pre-selected location determination model based on the degree of coupling and coordination between traffic and economy,and the total service maximization location selection model based on passenger flow and tourism attraction are constructed respectively.The evaluation index system of the site selection scheme is established from the aspects of geography,economy,society and coordination.Combined with the grey relational theory and matter-element fuzzy theory,a G-FME model is constructed to evaluate and compare the service area site selection scheme.Taking Hubei Province as an example,combined with the regional attractions and the characteristics of folk culture,the site selection layout and scheme evaluation of the tourism characteristic service area are carried out,and the strategy of brand positioning of the expressway tourism characteristic service area and the theme classification of the service area are researched and analyzed.Based on the site selection plan,combined with the development characteristics of the site selection site,the characteristic theme design of each service area is carried out to create a tourism characteristic service area with a brand effect,which verifies the rationality and practicability of the model. |
