The characteristics of the thermal insulation and fire protection of the phenolic aldehyde thermal insulation board have been recognized by the broad masses of people.But the use time is short.There are still some problems in the application,such as phenolic acid output,veneer deformation and sticking anchor shedding,which affect the aesthetics and safety of thermal insulation engineering.Therefore,the use of reasonable measures to solve the above problems has become the focus of this study.This paper,starting from the engineering practice,explores the testing methods of the above problems,and sealing acid through a special interface agent to alleviate the acid defects of the phenolic board.The way of strengthening the veneer strength is used to solve the problems caused by the deformation.The safety of the adhesive anchoring system is explored by the drawing test method combined with the field and the experiment.The temperature and humidity in the actual working environment of the integrated board are investigated by the measurement method,and the deformation of the decorative panel is explored by the measurement and observation methods.The highest temperature in the environment of the inner phenolic plate is 33.9 ?,which is 13.6 ? higher than the maximum temperature of 20.3 ? outside the metal surface.and the maximum humidity of some working parts reaches 71.3%rh.The temperature difference in the outside environment of the panel is up to 63.1 ?.The time of middle height difference at normal temperature is increased from 7 times to 27 times,and the number of wave deformation increases from 16 times to 38 times at normal temperature.The experimental results obtained,phenolic insulation foam board is a long time in the hot and humid environment,and the decorative panel at a large temperature difference environment;the overall reinforcement panel way to resist the stress deformation effect,theoretical analysis of strengthening panel can also reduce the strength loss of phenolic plate.The PH test solution method and the iron nail rust method were used to investigate the acidity of the phenolic board.In two different simulated environments,the PH curves of each group showed a downward trend,and the PH curves of the nakal bare plates were always under the two interface agents.The PH curve of the special interface agent for the brush is always higher than that of the ordinary interface agent.The iron nails inserted in the novolac plate began to rust for 2 hours.The experimental results show that the acid material of the phenolic aldehyde plate can be dissolved out by liquid water,and can also be exuded through wet gas.Coating interface agent can alleviate the rate and amount of acid dissolution;selection of interface agent for phenolic plate is very significant,the best sealing acid determination exclusive interface agent experiment for 140g/square meters;phenolic acid in large,direct contact with the metal may cause the security risks of the project,so the development of major phenolic insulation Application Technology decoration board.A universal test machine and a bond strength tester are used to carry out drawing experiments to find a reasonable way of sticking anchor.The two kinds of binder can meet the bonding requirement of O.1MPa by treating the surface of the specimen with the method of special field and special sand.The wall and the wall quality nail pulling plate maximum average value is 0.70KN,and the nails and metal parts,nails and corner average value were 2.30KN.0.72KN pull plate.The experimental results show that the special field and special sand is the best way to deal with the surface of the specimen.The weakest connection points are connected with the nail wall in anchorage system,single anchoring force can meet the industry standard,in the integration of plate anchorage system is reasonable and safe.Above all,the overall enhanced panel technology to solve the defect of panel deformation,protect phenolic plate strength,cut off the risk of phenolic plate on the metal panels of corrosion,saving the exclusive interface agent;the integrated insulation system,exclusive interface agent not only plays the role of acid sealing,but also improve the safety the insulation system bonding.
