| As my country’s economic and social development is getting faster and faster,the energy consumption of the construction industry is also increasing.Therefore,building energy conservation has become a more important task at present.How to effectively reduce the waste of resources and energy and actively promote social and economic development has become the primary goal of building energy conservation.Building energy efficiency includes many aspects,of which the most widely used and most widely used is the external insulation technology of the outer protective wall.Regarding the external insulation technology of the external retaining wall,many experts at home and abroad have studied its waterproof,fireproof,crack resistance,wind resistance and other issues,but there is a lack of research on the seismic resistance of the external wall insulation system.Taking the Wenchuan earthquake as an example,the damage and shedding of the external wall insulation caused by the earthquake were very serious.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the seismic performance of external insulation systems.The paper conducted pseudo-static tests on 1 pure frame structure(without infill walls)and4 frame structures with infill walls and phenolic board external insulation system,and studied the frame structure when additional infill walls and phenolic board external insulation finishes were added.The following main conclusions and suggestions are drawn for the damage law of the phenolic board external insulation finish layer under the influence of the force and the horizontal seismic load:(1)After the frame is equipped with infill walls and phenolic board thermal insulation finishes,the infill walls and phenolic board thermal insulation finishes work together with the frame,and the frame’s force mechanism has changed.When the horizontal load is relatively small,the force mechanism is similar When the load of the shear wall is relatively large,its force mechanism is transformed into a frame structure with diagonal braces,that is,the infill wall becomes the diagonal brace of the frame,the diagonal brace is damaged under compression,the specimen reaches the maximum bearing capacity,and the specimen is transformed again It is the frame force mode.(2)After the frame is equipped with infill walls and phenolic board thermal insulation finishes,its horizontal bearing capacity will be greatly improved,and the degree of improvement varies with different filling materials.The ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens with hollow brick masonry infill walls is greater than that of infill walls.Specimen of aerated concrete block masonry.(3)After the frame is equipped with infill walls and phenolic board thermal insulation finishes,the infill walls greatly reduce the effective height of the frame columns,and their damage patterns will change,and the frame columns should be sheared.(4)Under the action of horizontal seismic load,the phenolic board thermal insulation finish layer pasted on the frame beams and columns will detach from the frame beam and column base layer and fall off,regardless of the pasting form and pasting rate.(5)Due to the diagonal bracing effect of the infill wall,the infill wall and the facing layer will be crushed and damaged at the corner of the infill wall,or even fall off.(6)The glass fiber anti-cracking net plays a certain role in limiting the degree of breakage of the phenolic insulation board during an earthquake.Therefore,it is recommended that the anti-cracking net is not less than two layers.(7)When the infill wall is aerated concrete block and the external insulation is phenolic insulation board,the higher the sticking rate,the easier the finish layer will crack.When the sticking rate is less than 50%,the cracking degree of the test piece with the infilled wall of hollow brick masonry is greater than that of the test piece with the infilled wall of aerated concrete block masonry.When the infill wall is made of hollow bricks,if the paste rate of the insulation board is greater than 70%,the finish layer will not be easy to crack.(8)After adding infill walls and phenolic board external thermal insulation finishes to the frame structure,the integrity of the specimens is greatly improved.Under horizontal load,if the tie bars are not anchored in place,the tie bars will easily break,even The entire infill wall is damaged,so the tie between the infill wall and the frame should be strengthened.(9)It is recommended that anchor bolts should be appropriately added at the position of the frame beams and columns and the corners of the filling wall to prevent the insulation finish layer from detaching from the main structure base layer and falling off. |
