In recent years,the CPC central committee and the state council,vigorously promote the construction that high standard basic farmland free from drought and flood project,as an important part of the project,field road gets people's attention.Field road directly connects with the process of agricultural production,provides services for farmers' production and life,its construction quality directly determines the effect of the whole project,so studying the structure of the field road and combining it with local actual situation to choose a reasonable base material is of great significance.In this paper,combining with the actual situation of Jiaqiyingzi village in Fumeng town Fuxin City,it is put forward that using hill-skill stone as field road base material.The hill-skill stone material is studied through the basic physical and mechanical experiment and pavement performance experiment in the laboratory;the structure layer of field Road is designed by using the traffic volume with HPDS pavement design software;The responsive analysis of the hill-skill stone as the basic material in the field road is simulated by using Midas GTS software,then the road structure layer is optimal designed and the best thickness of the each layer is given;The scope of three control index is given by combining with the field road construction technology;The economic and social benefits of hill-skill stone as base material in the field road is analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The hill-skill stone's basic physical and mechanical indexes meet the requirements as field road base material,and its pavement performance meet the requirements too,such as modulus of resilience,CBR values,and so on.(2)Midas GTS software is used to simulate two base material's responsive analysis in the field road,those are the hill-skill stone and gradation aggregate,the result shows that the difference is small that the value of cement concrete slab bottom maximum deflection and bending tensile stress between two kinds of structure,also they can all satisfy the requirements of specification.(3)In combination with the actual situation of Jiaqiyingzi village Fumeng town in Fuxin City,the structure form of the field road is proposed and optimized.The best combination of field road structure form is:the surface of the road using the cement concrete,whose thickness is 0.2m,and the base course of the road using the hill-skill stone,whose thickness is 0.18m.(4)The scope of three control indexs,compaction degree,the value of resilient modulus and flatness,is given by combining with the field road construction technology,(5)The economic and social benefits of hill-skill stone as base material in the field road is analyzed.
