In recent years,frequent earthquakes,people's life safety,building structure and mechanical equipment serious losses.As building structural height is higher and higher,the span is more and more big,the traditional seismic design cannot meet the requirements.Due to the randomness of seismic action,there is some difficulty to control displacement value when isolation bearing plays its role which is adverse to the building of torsion effect.The paper introduces a new type compound isolation bearing based on displacement-control and spring damping and lead rubber bearing isolation.The movement mechanism analysis of this Isolation bearing was performed considering trajectory analysis and forced vibration under harmonic loads.Then two kinds of force bearing limit states was put forward based on design method of performance,meanwhile,deduced the parameter design formula under different working conditions of this isolationbearing.A finite element analysis was performed to verify the effect of vibration isolation.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The bottom of building structure was consolidation in the top-bear plate of composite isolation bearing.Under harmonic loads,the trajectory of the top-bear plate is one-fourth part of the arc and the superstructure can be generated repeatedly on the expected trajectory.(2)Under the seismic action,the capital trajectory of the structure which was arranged with parallel translational composite isolation bearing is more regular than the traditional structure and the structure of arranging lead rubber bearing.Arrangement of parallel translational composite isolator structure with different displacement basic synchronization.The displacement time history of each point at identical slice of the structure which was arranged with parallel translational composite isolation bearing occurred almost simultaneously.The torsional action of the structure was effectively controlled so as to expand the application of the isolation bearing applying to torsional effect building structure.(3)Under the seismic action,the isolation effect of the structure which was arranged with parallel translational composite isolation bearing is better than the traditional structure and the structure of arranging lead rubber bearing due to the obviously decreased displacement and acceleration.
