Research On Open Community Space Promotion Strategy Based On Functional Network

In the development of five thousand years of China's civilization,the development of the form of residence has changed in all times.After the establishment of new China,the construction of closed residential areas has lasted for several decades.Although the form of open residential area has appeared during the period,there is a single residential area mode,and many disadvantages are difficult to popularize.At present,the research is mostly focused on the opening of the unbuilt area.In this paper,we hope to solve urban problems,enrich the development model of community space and improve the living quality of community residents through open space promotion in the built area.The open residential area is promoted to the community level.The community is an open,dynamic,harmonious and orderly urban unit with dual attributes of space and society.Its opening significance is not only to meet the needs of urban traffic,but also to strengthen communication and management within the community,and to further optimize the existing planning through the opening up space planning,so as to meet the community.The space demands of the residents.First of all,this paper starts from the background of Chinese community construction,and then studies the formation mechanism of domestic and foreign residential areas through the development process of domestic and foreign residential areas,and thirdly,based on the three functional networks of functional networks,it constructs an open community index evaluation system.Fourthly,according to the evaluation system,the community of Binhu century in Hefei is evaluated,and the network of resources is obtained through the analysis of the evaluation results.The open community building idea of "integration" and "substantive connection of cyberspace" is proposed,and the "shared energy corridor" is proposed as a space connection method.In order to connect the three major community network systems of traffic network,green network and life network for the overall strategy of open community,the open community space construction strategy is put forward in the end of the community operation system,and the five over planning strategy is made.The difficulties and benefit points in the implementation process are analyzed,and the planning and implementation mechanism of "sharing incentive mechanism" isproposed.Finally,the future development of the open community is put forward,and the community research context of "background research-the formation mechanism-the construction means-the implementation path" is formed.
