Research On The Open Space Of Functional Complex Community In The Central District Of Old City From The Perspective Of Healthy City

With the rapid development of Chinese cities and the emergence of urban diseases,the renewal of open space in the center of the old city faces new challenges,and the importance of healthy and sustainable renewal of open space in the community is becoming increasingly prominent.The open space in the community of the old city center has problems such as limited scale,single function,low use efficiency,and lack of close integration with the urban function space.How to update the open space of the community in the old city center area in an intensive,complex,ecological,and healthy way Therefore,it is particularly important to stimulate the vitality of the urban center and improve the health level of open spaces in the community.Based on the perspective of healthy city,this paper builds a theoretical guidance system for the design of open space design of healthy cities in China based on healthy city concepts,standards and foreign public health space design,and through intensive integration,functional synthesis and multi-dimensional composite It analyzes the design of functional compound community open space in various aspects,and proposes active design strategies in three aspects: intensive use of community open space,diversified synthesis of community open space functions,and multi-dimensional composite of community open space,thereby systematically discussing the old city center The open-space design of the community-functional compound community enhances the health and vitality of the open space in the community.The main content of this study is divided into four parts:The first part is basic research,including Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.The first chapter mainly raises questions,elaborates the research background,research purpose and significance,interprets relevant concepts and defines the research content,summarizes the research methods and framework;the second chapter is basic theoretical research,which defines the concept of healthy city and community open space On the basis of this,it summarizes the development history and practice of relevant theories at home and abroad,as well as foreign public health space design experience,analyzes the problems and development trends of the old city central community in China,and establishes a healthy city The connection between space.The second part is the analysis of the research content,including the third chapter.In-depth analysis of the open space overview,constituent elements,involved levels anddesign guiding principles of the functional compound community will provide a theoretical basis for subsequent field investigations and strategies.The third part is field investigation,including chapter four.Based on the previous research and analysis,we selected three representative communities in Shanghai 's Yangpu Siping community,Beijing 's Jinsong community and Chengdu 's Beisen community to conduct field investigation and analysis,and further combed the current situation of the open space of the community in the center of the old city in China,drawing on excellent examples Design experience provides a basis for subsequent design strategies.The fourth part is the design strategy and practice,including Chapter 5 and Chapter6.The fifth chapter is the design strategy,based on the previous research on the problems of the community open space in the old city center area,from the intensive use of community open space,the diversified synthesis of community open space functions,and the multi-dimensional composite of community open space In terms of design strategies.Chapter 6 is design practice.This chapter applies strategies to project practice to solve practical problems.
