High efficiency and continuous coal handing can be realized by coal handing system in thermal power plant.The progress of science and technology has played a great role in promoting the development of coal handing system in thermal power plant,thus realizing the development of coal handing system in thermal power plant to the direction of precision,intelligence and environmental protection.In order to solve the situation that the stress of the head and tail frame of the belt conveyor in coal handing system has no calculation method,a model conforming to the actual situation is established.According to the force characteristics,the statically indeterminate theory is adopted to calculate the force and moment of the conveyor belt passing through the head/face roller to the frame.Each rod is analyzed,and the number of statically indeterminate is determined.By using the Mohr integral / Graph Multiplication,the coordination formula is obtained,and the force and moment of each part are finally established.It provides the basis for selecting the reasonable profile and the structure form of the rack,and finally realizes the optimal design of the rack.For blocking,environment protection system of the coal discharge device does not meet the standards and conveying belt deviation problem,the paper designs a new type of head cover,three-way splitter and curved tube,so as to achieve effective control of coal and gas stream,effectively alleviate the pollution problems.The particle model is established,and the effect of particle and humidity on the force of the particle is obtained by analyzing the particle size and humidity.Finally,the force and movement forms of dust particles in the new discharge device are analyzed,and the calculation formulas are derived,which provides theoretical support for the particle motion analysis of coal handling system in thermal power plants.The particle model is established,and the effect to particles by the particle size and humidity is analyzed.Finally,the force and movement forms of dust in the new type of discharge device are analyzed,and the calculation formulas are derived,which provides theoretical support for the particle motion analysis of coal handling system in thermal power plants.Through DEM simulation,a new type of discharge device contains head cover,three-way splitter and curved tube,which can avoid the great impact.And the stream is further folded together,which can ensure the continuity of the speed and reduce the induced wind.Quantitative analysis is made by the material flow velocity fluctuation analysis,impact analysis,contrast belt partial load analysis and wear analysis.Through the analysis,the new type of discharging device can reduce the speed fluctuation of the material flow in the discharge device,reduce the impact coal on downstream of the belt material,prevent unbalance loading and reduce the wear of equipment.
