The Modification Design For Coal Conveyer Computer Control System In Baoding Cogeneration Power Plant

As the poor operation condition of the coal transporting system and the various disturbing signals, the anti-interference problem becomes one of the most serious problems in the operation and setting of the control system for coal transporting in the power plant, which directly effect the safe operation of it. Aimed at the reform of the coal transporting control system, the programmed control system which include industrial television monitoring system is layout after detailed analysis of cogeneration power system in Baoding, the method of the increasing system reliability and some measures was given, and some anti-jamming method for signal and implement tools was analyses with hardware and software, and being applied in the latter reform project of the program control system. The results in the engineering practice show that, with high operation stability and automatic, strongly anti-jamming ability, the level of operational guidance and energy-saving control is improved, offering material foundation for the implementation of state examination on equipments.
