The rapid development of the power industry has entered the era of large power grid,large generating units,high parameter and highly automated.The importance of safe operation of large capacity and high parameter units has been increasing.Advanced unit protection systems and devices have been widely adopted.The boiler furnace furnace safety monitoring system(FSSS)is a kind of monitoring system that the large thermal power generator boiler must have.It continuously monitors the large number of parameters and states of the combustion system under the normal work and start and stop of the boiler,and makes the logical judgment and operation of the combustion system,and sends out the operation instructions when necessary.FSSS(furnace safety monitoring system)is the key part to ensure the safe and stable operation of boiler in thermal power unit.Its function integrity,logic and correctness of the operation are directly related to the normal operation of the whole unit.Therefore,the production and maintenance personnel continue to find problems in the actual production and operation of the units.Research and optimization is an extremely important and indispensable task.Because of the progress of control methods and signal processing methods,the functions of FSSS are constantly changing.One of the main signs of the success of FSSS is the accurate judgement of process failures.Only when the fault is judged accurately can appropriate protective measures be taken."It is not whether the protection is strict,but whether the protection is appropriate",which is the key to FSSS.In the case of the constant number of field signals(that is,on the premise of the existing information),to more accurately judge the actual situation in the field,the FSSS logic needs to have a certain analysis and processing ability,instead of simply deciding whether to allow a certain device to start the trip according to the existence or not of a certain I/O point.The reliability of FSSS system has important engineering value for the safety of thermal power production.In this paper,the problems of poor reliability and low safety stability in the boiler furnace safety monitoring system(FSSS)of the 2 * 600 MW coal-fired unit of Guodian Longshan power plant are studied and optimized.The original temperature protection logic,ignition control logic,and some unreasonable places in MFT trip logic are optimized,and a series of field equipment,such as the redundancy configuration of the power supply power supply of the FSSS system tripping cabinet and the furnace pressure measuring device,have been improved,and the unit reliability is improved and the unit is also enhanced.The ability to operate safely and economically.It provides more options for other power plants with similar problems among similar units of similar units,and has certain practical application reference significance.
