With the rapid development of the Internet and the change of the concept of customer consumption,the traditional electrical manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition,the original business model can not adapt to the new market demand gradually,many enterprises have begun to explore new organizational model and sales model,and the theoretical circles have more and more discussions on this.The influence of different system logics and organizational models on the survival and development of enterprises has also attracted the attention of academia.At present,the research in the theoretical circle is mainly focused on the multiple system logic and organization dualism,and lacks the research on the combination of multiple system logic,organization dualism and enterprise performance.Therefore,this paper can fill in the theoretical gap in this respect,which has strong theoretical research significance.Based on the theory of multiple system logics and case study method,this paper takes Haier as the research object,focusing on "how to choose different system logics to adapt to its own development in the process of business operation" and "how to influence enterprise performance under the dynamic change of multiple system logics",and explores the organization's response under multiple system logics And the influence of organizational dualism on corporate performance.This paper analyzes the process of Haier's transformation and transformation in the context of Internet,and evaluates Haier's enterprise performance from four dimensions of finance,customer,internal operation,learning and growth by using balanced scorecard.The results show that Haier is transforming under the condition that entity logic and Internet logic exist together for a long time.In the early stage of transformation,the logic compatibility is relatively strong,and offline expansion is mainly based on entity logic,and structural dualism is adopted to deal with it;in the middle stage of transformation,Haier's online activities are getting better and better,and there is a certain market competition between online and offline at this time,which reduces the compatibility of logic,and the company still adopts structural dualism to deal with it;in the end of transformation,Haier will take the line The integration of online and offline development improves the compatibility of logic,and the organization adopts situational dual and reciprocal dual to deal with it,soas to promote Haier's successful transformation.This paper uses the Balanced Scorecard to measure the financial and non-financial performance of enterprises,and analyzes the organizational dualism of enterprises from each dimension of the balanced scorecard.Structural dualism improves corporate performance from financial dimension by exploring and utilizing online and offline departments respectively;situational dualism improves corporate performance from internal market operation dimension and corporate learning and growth dimension by focusing on service,innovation and staff training;reciprocal dualism understands consumer demand through interactive platform according to consumption They need to produce products,provide perfect after-sales service system,form "input" and "output" of products,and improve enterprise performance from the customer dimension.With the increasing development of Internet,Internet logic and entity logic are gradually integrated.Haier adopts reciprocal dual,structural dual and situational dual to deal with it,which affects the four dimensions of Balanced Scorecard,namely,finance,customers,internal market operation,and learning and growth of enterprise employees.
