At present,the characteristics of the new normal power environment in our country put forward higher requirements for the load response capability of thermal power units.However,steam valve has some problems,such as the lack of heat storage capacity of the direct current boiler,the distortion of the valve flow characteristics after a long time,and the poor response capacity of the low load section.Because of its considerable heat storage capacity,the regenerative system can play a positive role in improving the load response capability of the unit.First,the basic principle of three kinds of load response by reheat system is analyzed in detail,and a static analysis model for a super critical reheat 600MW unit is built by using professional software,and the correctness of the model is tested by the actual test data.Secondly,the influence of different bypass design,different bypass flow,different load section and different operation mode on the response characteristics of high pressure heater bypass load is studied in this paper.The research confirms that the high pressure heater bypass has a strong load response ability,and the load response is linearly dependent on the bypass flow,and the load response ability is greatly weakened at low load operation,and the operation mode of the unit has little effect on it.Thirdly,the simulation experiment on the load response characteristic of the traditional low pressure heater bypass is carried out in this paper.The response ability of the low pressure heater bypass is poor,and it threatens the safety of the deaerator and the prepump.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the design scheme of combining low temperature economizer,and studies the influence of bypass flow,design method,low load and operation mode on it.The result shows that the scheme can solve the problem of insufficient load response ability to a certain extent and ensure the safety of the deaerator and the prepump.Finally,the effect of different condensate flow rate,different load section and different operation mode on the response characteristics of the condensate throttling isanalyzed,and the experimental data are compared with the actual experimental data.The results show that the response of the condensate throttling is linear with the flow change,and the load response ability is greatly weakened under the low load,but the operation mode has little effect on it.The safety water level of the deaerator has a certain limit on the duration of the condensate throttling,and the self-boiling of the deaerator has little limitation on the change of the condensate flow.The static analysis method is used to simulate the load response characteristics of high pressure heater bypass,low pressure heater bypass and condensate throttling,which lays a foundation for dynamic research and field test research.
