To avoid urinary tract infection of the patients after urinary tract surgery clinically,bladder irrigation was commonly taken for treatment.However,irrigation rate of the currently used bladder irrigation was regulated through manual observation.Many drawbacks were seen in this method,such as no objective standards for judging patients' hemorrhage,recurrent attention to patients' attention,incapability of monitoring pressure and temperature within the patients' bladder,work record and difficulty in work handover.To solve the aforementioned issues,a series of automatic irrigation therapy system after bladder operation was designed in this article.Images of patients' drainage filmed with OV2640 imaging sensor was adopted in this system and images received and filmed with STM microprocessor were displayed on liquid crystal display.Images of drainage displayed on the LCD were analyzed through average gray value and erosion arithmetic in the follow-up procedure,and concentration melted with blood and whether blood clot mixture or not withing the drainage were judged.Meanwhile,pressure and temperature sensor was taken to monitor pressure and temperature within the patients' bladder.In the end,microprocessor summed up the recognition results of the drainage and pressure and temperature data within bladder.Irrigation rate was controlled through automatic regulating flow valve.All therapeutic data were uploaded for saving on PC machine.Current research and status quo of this subject was briefly in this article.Recognition algorithm of the melted blood and blood clot within drainage in this system which was designed for identification was elaborately and the algorithm was realized in the STM32 microprocessor system.Construction of hardware circuit and software programming of this system were introduced in details.In addition,optimization of electromagnetic compatibility design and platform development in this system were illustrated.Finally,debugging of hardware and software in this system were carried out and simulation experiment for automatic regulation of patients' bladder irrigation which took advantage of real objects in this system was on.The results showed that the automatic irrigation therapy system after bladder operation designed in this project ran well and whether there was melted blood and blood clot in the drainage secreted from patients' bladder or not can be identified through the filmed drainage images rapidly.When identifying drainage images,pressure and temperature within the patients' bladder monitored through sensor could assist with controlled irrigation treatment.All the collected data can be uploaded to PC through serial data transmission modules for saving and inquiry.
