The emergence of neoclassical commercial and residential complex is the result of China’s rapid economic development and cultural diversification.Such an unique landscape environmental space formed by multi-functional neoclassical commercial and residential complex with the function of reside,commerce and entertainment become more and more popular for its elegant feeling.At the same time,the landscape space in the design process also inevitably appear some problems such as the excessive application of hard landscape,sculpture imbalance and other issues.And the research about neoclassical residential and commercial complex landscape space design is becoming more and more practical significant.In this paper,based on the research of domestic and foreign commercial residential complex,neoclassical origin evolution,we definite the concept of neoclassicism residential and commercial complex,and illustrate the differences with New Chinese style landscape,then conclude the characteristics of residential and commercial complex landscape space and the neoclassical landscape through the literature,case analysis,field survey and other research methods.Analyze the components of neoclassical residential and commercial complex landscape space and the relationship between,and induce its spatial characteristics.In view of the current residential and commercial complex neoclassicism universality problems appeared in the process of landscape space design,we summarize the general design principles of neoclassical commercial and residential complex landscape space based on the the analysis of the current several relatively mature neoclassical residential and commercial complex landscape space design cases,and state the expression strategy from the space location,layout characteristics,traffic organization,structure and so on six aspects.At last,apply the research results to Huizhou Baiyunkeng residential and commercial complex landscape space design.
