| In the new era of urban construction,the development of China’s real estate development is flourishing and the construction of urban complex is on the way.Now the development of city complex commercial square has become a measure point of urban economic development.Nowadays,the development of real estate is often the construction of residential commercial integration,and the urban commercial complex square can provide the local people with leisure,entertainment,shopping,communication and living space.The new urban complex commercial plaza promotes the development of the city and also improves the living environment of urban residents.Based on xinhua zi river,a new bund of loudi city commercial square landscape design as an example,through field investigation and the theory of city commercial square landscape and residential area landscape analysis and research,and the application of the results of analysis and research in xinhua zi river,a new bund of loudi city commercial square landscape design.According to the nature of our project and the design goal,take full advantage of topography with reasonable layout,the xinhua zi river,a new bund of loudi city commercial square into urban brand image,create a good shopping environment for the people of xinhua in pleasant and comfortable living environment of modern commercial real estate projects.In this paper,the research background,current situation and basic research contents are summarized,and the research content,research methods and theoretical construction are introduced in detail.Secondly,the present situation of the project site is analyzed and interpreted.At last,through the design idea,the description of the design and the design goal,the analysis of the overall layout of the final plan is explained in detail.The research of this topic is to form theoretical construction through participation in the design of this project to the in-depth analysis of the design scheme,thus achieving the unification of theory and practice. |
