In recent years,relevant studies have pointed out that the problem of air pollution caused by traffic departments has become more serious.The main reason of this phenomenon existing is the increase of energy consumption,which caused by the numerous traditional fuel vehicles in the city.To solve the atmospheric pollution and ease energy crisis is around the corner.Therefore,as a result of the "zero pollution" characteristics of electric car,its development obtains the strong support from the whole society.However,the electric vehicle industry is still in primary stage,the technology level is limited,and the battery life of electric vehicles is insufficient.Even the construction of the charging infrastructure has not kept pace with the development of electric vehicles.The charging difficulties limits the development of electric vehicles.Therefore,a scientific and reasonable electric vehicle charging facility location will effectively solve the problem of difficult charging,speed up urban residents travel mode transition from traditional vehicle to electric vehicle.In this paper,by analyzing the variables and concluding the characteristics of the city services that have been selected,we could obtained the influential factors of the location and setting of the charging facilities in the city area of are the charging demands of electric cars in the city,the charging times of electric cars,the power of the electric cars,the power of the electric cars,the power of the site,the capacity of the charging stations and the construction costs of the charging stations,respectively.Then,it is analyzed that urban charging demand usually takes place on the path,and the location model based on the path demand is applied to the site selection of charging facilities in the city.Considering the uncertainty of charging demand,robust optimization method is applied to the solution of siting model.In the end,robust optimization improved in the paper is effective in solving the problem of choosing the location of charging facilities in cities that do not determine charging needs.In this paper,the power grid constraint and system load level limit of the actual construction station are used as constraint conditions of the site selection model,and the design calculation example is solved to reduce the cost of the construction site,thus the better results are obtained.
