| The increasing demand of logistics transportation brings new challenges to the realization of green development goals.The shortcomings of traditional fuel vehicles as urban distribution tools are more and more obvious,and the energy and environmental problems caused by them are widely concerned.Using electric vehicles as urban distribution tools can not only save energy and reduce emissions,but also reduce the cost of logistics and distribution,and improve the income of enterprises.However,the new energy transport vehicles have the endurance limit,and there are problems such as charging in the middle of long-distance transportation,which is the bottleneck restricting the application of new energy transport vehicles in trunk transportation.Aiming at the demand of cold chain logistics transportation,considering the constraints of new energy vehicle mileage and charging facilities layout,this paper plans the transportation route of new energy transportation vehicles,so as to achieve the goal of both on-time delivery and reducing transportation costs.This paper has a certain scientific research value and practical significance.Therefore,in the context of cold chain transportation,taking electric logistics vehicle as the research subject,considering the characteristics of cold chain logistics transportation and electric logistics vehicle performance,this paper studies the problem of electric logistics vehicle charging station location and multi vehicle path planning.The main work is as follows:(1)Problem analysis and related research.This paper investigates the research status of electric vehicle operation,location routing problem and other related fields,analyzes the cold chain logistics path planning problem of electric logistics vehicles,and puts forward the location routing problem model under the use of traditional vehicles.(2)Problem model construction.From the perspective of cold chain transportation enterprises to build distribution system,the total cost function including charging station construction cost,electric logistics vehicle cost and logistics distribution labor cost is optimized.Considering the characteristics of cold chain transportation and electric logistics vehicle performance,the joint optimization model of electric vehicle charging station and multi vehicle transportation path is established.(3)Design algorithm to solve.The shortest mileage assignment method and hybrid heuristic simulated annealing algorithm are designed to solve the problem.In the charging station location stage,the shortest mileage allocation method is used to allocate customer points.In the path planning stage,the hybrid algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the two stages of the hybrid algorithm are designed in detail and the key process is improved.(4)Case study.Taking the food logistics transportation network of the cold chain logistics distribution enterprise Z in CQ city as an example,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified,and the algorithm comparative analysis and sensitivity analysis are carried out.The model and algorithm of electric vehicle cold chain logistics distribution system proposed in this paper can provide reference for logistics enterprise managers and theoretical support for the further development of electric vehicles. |
