The control quality of the main steam temperature and pressure in the operation of thermal power unit is an important measure for the operation of the power plant,and it is also the difficulty of the process control.The main steam temperature system of the power plant has large control delay and strict requirements on the control error.And the dynamic characteristics of the controlled plant are time-varying.The main stream pressure system in power plant is nonlinearity system,and usually has large time delay,time-varying parameters and large disturbance.In this paper,industrial engineering system analysis method-six sigma management method is used to find solution.Determine the influence factors and find out the improvement method through the DMAIC steps.Considering the physical constraint constraints of the cooling water valve.the two objectives of the system error and the control variable volume are integrated,and a two objective constraint optimization control algorithm based on ELM for main steam temperature is given.In order to solve the problem of time-varying and large disturbance of steam pressure object parameters,the SVR-PID composite control system is constructed by combining the inverse system controller with PID feedback controller.By improving the algorithm,a new method of obtaining,break the original traditional PID control,the steam temperature pressure intelligent optimization algorithm is applied to the automatic control system of thermal power unit.Finally,the simulation system is used to verify the optimization results in the control stage,so as to further confirm the optimization effect.The application of automatic control technology through industrial engineering system is a practical example of the combination of industrial engineering method and automatic control technology.It provides a reference for solving the practical problems of industrial production by combining the knowledge of various disciplines in the industrial field.
