In order to prevent marketing risks,support marketing decisions,display marketing results,manage marketing data,and achieve modernization of marketing management,Inner Mongolia Power Company(IMPC)established a marketing management and control system based on the analysis of power marketing big data according to the marketing business management model of "making each point accurate,driving each line,lifting the entire surface".With the continuous deepening of the development of marketing management and control system,and the continuous optimization of marketing business processes,the existing functions of the marketing control system have been unable to meet the needs of the company to build a “marketing management and control system”.Therefore,through the upgrade and transformation of the marketing management and control system,it is particularly important to achieve precise business control,real-time process control,and lean marketing management.The main work of this article are as follows:1.The background and significance of the upgrade and transformation of the marketing management and control system are expounded,and the development trends of the electricity marketing auditing,the monitoring system of the electricity marketing auditing,and the marketing control system at home and abroad are briefly introduced.2.The system and business problems appearing in the marketing management and control system are analysed one by one by the method of illustration.On the basis of the principle of solving problems and improving the level of practical use of the system,the upgrade and transformation goals of each module of the system are determined.3.The contents of analysis and research include intelligent display module of marketing management and control system,management module of marketing data,key index module,industry standard target module,alarm topic index module,monitoring module of working ticket process of marketing business,and special monitoring module of emerging power customers.In addition,their upgrading contents are designed and reform scheme developed.4.The transformation and application achievements of the marketing management and control system are analyzed,and the effectiveness is demonstrated after the system upgrade.The obvious feature of this system upgrade is the realization of “pre-warning,supervision when event happens,and evaluation after the event” during the entire marketing business and the whole process.The intelligence platform of marketing management and control based on big data analysis is preliminary established,which improve the modernized management level of marketing business.
