With the rapid development of China's economy,industry has been developing rapidly,under the government policy supporting and accelerating.At the same time,due to the change of concept and promotion of consumer rights awareness.They have the increasingly high demand for service and quality of the electricity.Over the years,XY power enterprise always adhere to the customer as the center,strengthen internal management,optimize service channel layout and function.Based on the expanding business,electricity consumption,fine service,standardized management,it tries to solve problems and strives to improve customers' service level,getting unanimous approval from the majority of customers.But in recent years,under the new economic norm,"Internet plus" and The Reformation of Electric Power System,the sale of electricity side leads into the market competition,big data cloud computing promotes the development of intelligent service.It is the vital topic for the power supply enterprises and it is directly related to survival and the development of the power supply enterprises.This paper selects the XY power supply enterprise in the domestic power industry that is more influential as the research object,analyzing the case of the service marketing management.This case analysis firstly explained the situation of XY power supply enterprise and the background and situation of the trade.Through the way of PEST analysis,it analyzes macro environment of the power industry which the XY power supply enterprise is in.Using Potter's five forces model to analyze the competitive environment,and through the SWOT analysis of the service resources and abilities to find out the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities,and threats it faces up to,finding out the important link of service value chain and the service marketing strategies,and the causes of the existing service marketing and organizational security problems.Secondly,it puts forward constructive suggestions for improvement.Through the formulation and implementation of STP strategy,it has a clear market position,clear market segmentation analysis based on customer complaints and evaluation data,service content and service product position,putting forward suggestions on how to optimize 7P service marketing strategies,further improving the service marketing and business organization.the XY power supply enterprise can strengthen the core competitiveness in the three big background,optimize the allocation of resources,reduce operating costs,improve customer experience,and enhance customer satisfaction.At the same time,it also offers some suggestions and inspiration about how to do well in the power market and maintain long-term stable and sustainable development under the situation of The Reformation of Electric Power System.
