With the continuous development of economic globalization and the accelerating trend of global economic integration,the links between enterprises are becoming more and more inseparable,and the competition is becoming more and more fiercely.In the process of modernization of the national economy,the power industry,as the capital and technology intensive basic industry,is the foundation of the national economic development,and has a very close relationship with the national life.In recent years,a lot of power companies have been speeding up the construction of a strong smart grid,and serving the economic and social development in an all-round way.In the process of improving the power supply level,the importance of supply chain management system to improve the core competitiveness of power grid enterprises has become increasingly prominent.At present,for electric power enterprises,it has become the focus of the power grid materials management to ensure the reliable supply of power supplies and to build the material supply chain with industry characteristics.In order to supply chain management and improve the competitiveness of the whole supply chain effectively,it is necessary to continue the optimization and improvement of supply chain.To analyze the existing power supply enterprise material supply chain management process further,this paper applied the SCOR model,and used the A power supply enterprise as the case to analyze the power supply enterprise supply chain management planning,procurement,production,delivery and return activities,and find out the key problems.In view of the problems of purchasing and distribution in the supply chain management of power supply enterprises,this paper constructed the index system of material supplier selection in power supply enterprises,and established the model of material distribution route optimization for power supply enterprises.Besides,by using the entropy method and the algorithm of intelligent water,and improved the two kinds of traditional algorithms.The improved algorithms are applied into the power supply enterprise material supply chain management optimization,depend on the case of A power supply enterprise actual purchasing and distribution to verify the improved algorithms are proposed in this paper practicably and accurately.Finally,in the light of the content of this article,and put forward some strategies to improve the supply chain improvement for the power supply enterprises.The results proved the evaluation index of material supplier of power supply enterprise and the model and method of distribution of power grid material in this paper will help to improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain for power supply enterprises,reduce the operation cost of the supply chain,promote the improvement of the power supply enterprise cooperation,and improve the grid material supply chain overall economic efficiency and competitiveness.
