| Equipment manufacturing enterprises are large-scale manufacturing enterprises that provide advanced production technology and equipment for the construction of national economy.As an important part of manufacturing industry,they provide basic equipment for the development of national economy,especially for industrial development.However,because the materials purchased by equipment manufacturing enterprises are mostly single small batch and non-standard products,the quantity of purchase is weak,and it is easy to be in a passive position in the transaction negotiation.Therefore,there will be a series of problems such as the quality of purchased materials and supply delay.These problems lead to the interruption of material supply and stimulate the demand of equipment manufacturing enterprises for supply chain risk identification and reliability improvement.Therefore,this paper introduces the supply chain idea into the procurement management of equipment manufacturing enterprises,and solves the supply interruption problem caused by low reliability of equipment manufacturing supply chain from three aspects: material classification,supply chain reliability evaluation and reliability promotion strategy selection.First of all,this paper investigates M equipment manufacturing enterprise in the form of field survey and staff interview,and finds that M equipment manufacturing enterprise has the problem of single material classification index and inability to measure material risk attribute under the existing ABC material classification method.In the aspect of supply chain reliability management,there exists the problem of insufficient understanding of supply chain reliability.Secondly,based on the material classification theory,this paper uses Kraljic matrix and entropy weight method to identify the risk materials,so that enterprises can clarify the characteristics and management focus of various kinds of materials.Then,based on SCOR model,a reliability evaluation index system is constructed from two aspects of delivery and quality to assess the initial reliability of risk material suppliers.Finally,through the analysis method of mathematical modeling,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the choice of reliability improvement strategy for M equipment manufacturing enterprises according to the initial reliability evaluation value of suppliers.Through the analysis of mathematical model,it is found that the optimal strategy selection of supply chain is different under different combinations of initial reliability and goodwill loss.Then we propose a goodwill loss sharing contract to coordinate the supply chain,and find that under certain conditions,the goodwill loss sharing contract can improve both the profit and the optimal reliability of the supply chain. |
