Influencing Factors And Strategy Analysis Of Prefabricated Building Supply Chain In Gansu Province

Under the background of the development of the new era of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,China’s economy has changed from high-speed development to high-quality development,and in recent years,it has unswervingly implemented new development concepts such as innovation,coordination and green,and the traditional cast-in-place construction method can no longer meet the new development requirements.The construction industry occupies a pivotal position in the national economy,and the traditional construction methods have serious pollution,low production efficiency,long construction period and other shortcomings,so it has become inevitable to promote the development of prefabricated buildings with significant advantages such as energy saving,emission reduction,and green environmental protection.As a key area of the "Belt and Road" initiative,Gansu Province connects the important economic development areas of the east and west,and there is a certain gap between the development of prefabricated buildings and economically developed areas,which hinders the process of transformation of the construction industry to industrialization,so it promotes the rapid development of prefabricated buildings in Gansu Province and plays a very important positive role in other provinces and cities in the western region.The main research purpose of this paper is to analyze the influencing factors of prefabricated building supply chain in Gansu Province through scientific research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method,modeling analysis method,etc.Therefore,combined with the actual development background of Gansu Province,a development strategy in line with the prefabricated building supply chain in Gansu Province is proposed,in order to benefit the development process of the prefabricated building supply chain in Gansu Province.Firstly,by comparing the development status of prefabricated buildings in developed areas in China,this paper finds out the shortcomings in Gansu Province,and combines the research status of prefabricated building supply chain at home and abroad,based on ethnographic research methods and rooted theories,a total of 20 influencing factors in four categories of prefabricated building supply chain in Gansu Province are sorted out,and the index system of influencing factors of prefabricated building supply chain in Gansu Province is constructed;Combining the advantages of the entropy weight method and the cloud model,a combination model of the cloud entropy weight method was constructed,and the weights of each index were analyzed to determine ten key influencing factors;Based on ten key influencing factors,combined with the examples of prefabricated building projects in Runjingyuan residential community,the NK model is used to simulate the development path of prefabricated building supply chain in Gansu Province,and the development path of prefabricated building supply chain in Gansu Province is obtained,that is,the factors of improvement are policy incentives,deepening design capabilities,large-scale production degrees,and component costs.On this basis,the development strategy is proposed from the four aspects of policy guidance,design optimization,production management and cost control of prefabricated buildings,which provides a reference for the development of prefabricated building supply chain in Gansu Province.
