Research And Development Of The Distribution Power Grid's Operation Level And Power Supply Capability Evaluation System

The distribution network is located at the end of the power grid and plays the role of power distribution between the transmission and transformation system and the power users.Distribution network equipment is huge,complex network connection mode,equipment and facilities are abundant,widely distributed in every corner of the city,township,distribution network equipment upgrading,grid rectification,facilities renovation and operation changes very frequently,therefore,the management of distribution network planning is difficult,in order to ensure the safety and economic operation of the distribution network.Evaluation of distribution network operation and power supply reasonable scientific method is the priority among priorities.The distribution network is divided integero the traditional evaluation methods of reliability and economy independent evaluation content,focus on all kinds of evaluation methods to improve the reliability of power supply as the main target,the various evaluation methods is the independent evaluation,evaluation method of closed loop has not formed a system,to reflect the distribution network operation level and power supply capability and solve distribution network operation and power supply problems,it is difficult to effectively on the distribution network planning,construction and operation to play a guiding role.To this end,the national energy administration and the national Power Grid Corp have issued a series of related regulations and norms to guide the evaluation of distribution network operation level and power supply capability.This paper analyzes the index system constitution and calculation method of distribution network operation level and power supply capability evaluation,and builds an evaluation index system structure of distribution network operation level and power supply capability comprehensively by using the principle of improved AHP and Delphi expert analysis.The index system standardizes the evaluation index system,process and method of distribution network operation level and power supply capability.It can comprehensively evaluate the operation level and power supply capability of distribution network scientifically and objectively,and analyze its main problems and weak links.Based on the proposed evaluation index system of distribution network operation level and power supply capability,a comprehensive management system of distribution network operation level and power supply capability evaluation index system has been developed by using ASP.NET framework technology and C# programming language.In the original data provided by the Power Grid Corp based on the index of distribution network data quickly and accurately,display the real-time status of implementation of distribution network's operation level and power supply capability in an integeruitive form,providing advanced technological means for the evaluation of distribution network operation level and power supply capability.In this paper,the implementation of relevant regulations and specifications in the operation and management of distribution network is developed.The developed system has been put integero trial operation in the distribution network management of the provincial power grid,and has produced good engineering practical results.
