As an important part of smart grid construction,the implementation of power information collection system is the basis of the implementation of smart power consumption,which is helpful for the real-time monitoring and collection of power consumption information.At the same time,the electricity information collected by the system can provide data support for the power market transactions,and help the power companies to develop appropriate management strategies.Combined with the construction of power consumption information collection system in Yingkou,this paper studies the hardware composition and communication networking mode of the system,and analyzes and designs each module and overall architecture of the system in detail.Specific work is divided into the following three aspects:The current situation of power consumer information collection in Yingkou and the basic structure and function characteristics of power information collection system are studied.And the networking modes of 230 M wireless private network communication,wireless public network communication and power line carrier communication are analyzed in detail.Studying on the hardware structure of power information acquisition system and designing the circuit schematic diagram of the power supply,MCU control unit and 4G module.After simulation,the system hardware PCB is designed,and the performance of the system hardware interface receiving and sending data is tested.On this basis,working mode of power information collection and transmission in hardware system is further studied.The overall design and its application of electric information acquisition system in Yingkou are studied.And the logical architecture and physical architecture of the system are designed.Then,the system functions are designed and analyzed in detail from the collection management,data analysis,control and management,operation management,statistic query of five modules.At the same time,the extended interface of the system is designed,and the interface content is explained.The application of the system in various fields shows that the system has a good application effect.
