Research On Development Of Jiamusi Electric Power Bureau Power Information Collection System

Hence, a suit of mobile master station system which poses complete function, stable performance and simple operation, with the least intermediate links, is important for the uninterrupted operation of the power information collection system.Dissertation mainly works in the following fields:the analysis on the makeup and benefit of power information collection system for Jiamusi electric power bureau, the analysis, design and testing of mobile master station system and the construction of customer electricity inquiry system.It is found that if the mobile server, mobile radio and other equipments are placed within the mobile machinery shop, the information will be collected with the seamlessness and flexibility, and the normal operation of the system will be guaranteed effectively. In addition, albeit the online payment has been actualized in the Jiamusi area, however the online information is limited to the username, meter number and the arrears, without the power details. Besides, the meter is uniformly outside and inconvenient to consult. Therefore, the customer electricity inquiry system should be upgraded urgently.Our power information collection system is constructed, via the investigations on the developing stage of power information collection system at home and abroad. The whole framework of current master station and development of communication technology are explored with the procreant benefit. With the aid of needs analysis for mobile master station and customer electricity inquiry system, the technologies of computer, network, database and communication are used to construct the mobile master station. At the same time, the customer electricity inquiry system is founded using the technologies of network information and database, and then the power details could be queried through the web browser. It should be a convenient, simple and practical method to improve the services of the power supply enterprises.The mobile master station and customer power inquiry systems have been successfully operated. The mobile master station is the emergency system for the master control station of the power information collection system. It is standby and regularly tested by the emergency drills of incidents. The customer inquiry system is prepared to experimentally carry out among the novel users in the development zone and then promote large scale.
