The Research On The Management Mode Of Orderly Power Consumption Based On The Application Of Power Information Collection System

Power resources is an important supporting force of social development,the development of social economy,grow with each passing day demand for electricity,power market supply and demand contradiction: the peak power shortage is particularly prominent,and even in parts of the frequent power cuts;power during low electricity production,pile up in excess of requirement,the excess waste phenomenon is serious.In addition,there are some enterprises or individuals in the presence of illegal use of electricity,electricity theft behavior,the power system security has a certain impact,is not conducive to the operation of the power grid.Faced with the contradiction between supply and demand of power market,in order to solve the problems in the operation of the power grid,to maximize the use of existing resources,not productive,not waste,orderly power management is particularly important.Based on the understanding of the power system security and the relevant policies of the smart grid,this paper analyzes some problems in the current operation of the power grid.Based on the application of power consumption information collection system,an orderly power management model is studied and the specific work is as follows:First of all,this paper introduces the present situation of the application of power information collection system and the current situation of the research on the management of orderly power consumption.This paper analyzes the demand of power consumption information collection and orderly power management system,and designs a simple system structure under the condition of certain principles;Then the electricity information collection system construction analysis is described in detail,including system communication,the way of electricity information collection,the relevant interface design,information data,and then build the electricity information collection system model;After that,this paper analyzes some problems in the process of orderly power management.The solution is discussed and this paper puts forward the fine and orderly use of electricity management mode,which are mainly composed of four parts: the orderly use of electricity comprehensive evaluation index system,evaluation index decomposition of avoiding peak,orderly power scheme,evaluation after the implementation of the orderly use of electricity.And the four links do a detailed introduction.Finally,the paper takes State Grid Hebei electric power company as an example to build an orderly power management platform.
