Research On AC Ice Melting Device For Transmission Lines In Baishan Area

Natural disasters,such as heavy snowfall,seriously affect the safe operation of transmission lines in the state grid Baishan City,Jilin Province,is one of the areas vulnerable to ice disaster.In the Baishan area,the temperature difference between the days and the night in the autumn and winter snow falls is very large,so it is very easy to form the transmission line ice.There are many hazards of icing,which may cause short circuit and short circuit in the transmission line.The weight of icing may also cause accidents such as strand breakage and even tower collapse.Therefore,icing seriously affects the security of the Baishan power grid.In view of the actual situation in the Baishan area,it is necessary to carry out the research on Deicing and put forward the solution.In recent years,due to the ice coating disaster in winter in Baishan area of Jilin Province,our company has carried out related researches on ice melting technology and ice melting device.After looking at the actual use of other units and related literature and data on the technology of ice melting,our company also organized personnel to investigate in Hunan power grid.After comprehensive consideration,a kind of melting ice technology which is most suitable for Baishan area is selected: AC ice melting technology of vehicle transmission line.This technology is very suitable for the Baishan area and its surrounding area in Jilin province.Compared with other methods,it is more convenient and fast,and economize the economic cost.At the same time,we have developed a fast assembling line bracket structure and a quick connection clamp structure,which are all developed by the state grid Baishan power supply company and manufactured by ourselves.This paper combines the actual situation of Jilin Province Power Company Limited Baishan power supply company,there is no relevant device in the substation,and the field of substation and transformer,circuit breaker,transformer,switch and other devices without reserve position can be extended to the actual installation of ice melting device to consider,elaborates the situation with mobility and convenience the vehicle AC transmission line ice melting device in Baishan region of Jilin Province,research and test etc.
