With the social and economic development,the human society has an increasing demand for energy.In order to solve the increasingly serious environmental pollution and energy shortage,solar photovoltaic power generation is receiving more and more attention.If designers can apply the renewable energy of solar energy to the overall planning of product design,they will have a great impact on improving the world energy situation and solving the problem of environmental pollution.Therefore,the application of solar energy in the product has a broad prospect.With the development of Internet technology,smart phones and other mobile entertainment terminal devices are increasingly popularized.But,there will be power shortage situation in the use of various devices inevitably.For example,in everyday life,a cell phone often has a lack of electricity.In addition,electric bicycles as the preferred means of transport for most people's daily travel,there are often no electricity situation.If the charging devices used for mobile phones and electric bicycles can be built widely,it will greatly solve the urgent needs of people.n the new period of promoting low carbon and environmental protection,the use of solar energy as the energy source of the charging device is the inevitable trend of the development of the charging device.In order to explore the existing problems of the existing charging piles,and the preferences and characteristics of the users,this paper designs a comprehensive questionnaire.According to the results of the investigation,we can see that the current solar charging device has some defects,such as single function,not beautiful,lack of entertainment and so on.Therefore,in this paper,a variety of functions are designed to meet the needs of the users,and a variety of interactive solar charging devices are emphasized.In this design,the interactive design theory is adopted to meet the needs of users based on the basic function requirements of solar charging devices.This article is based on the concept of interactive design trends and design rules,and the human-computer interaction characteristics of the product are analyzed.The Rhino software was used to build the product model,and the Catia V5 analysis software was used to analyze the ergonomics of the design.Finally,a solar charging device is designed.The device integrates the function of rest and entertainment and charging,with novel and beautiful appearance and simple and practical operation.The device has three major innovations,can achieve three forms of use.It shows that the interaction design theory plays an important role in the design of solar charging device,the theory of interactive design theory has been enriched in the theoretical system of industrial product design.
