In recent years,China’s national economy has changed from extensive to intensive growth.Therefore,various problems such as overpopulation,traffic congestion,housing difficulties,environmental degradation,and resource shortages in urban construction and renewal are urgently needed to be resolved.In this era of new thinking and new technologies,how can the construction industry grasp the characteristics of the industrialization and informationization of the construction industry under the concept of sustainable design of green buildings,and the discipline of architecture and today’s Internet,information technology,etc.Social hotspots are relevant,and it is the starting point of this paper to actively seek solutions to today’s urban construction and renewal development and many problems in people’s production and life.In this study,the fabricated modular unit is used as the research carrier to explore its various adaptive design patterns under different construction backgrounds and conditions.The article first expounds the research background and related research status.The second chapter introduces related concepts such as green building,sustainable design,fabricated building,and modular design.The third chapter analyzes the well-known modular modular design projects at home and abroad and the interdisciplinary application cases of fabricated modular unit buildings.In the fourth chapter,the problems in the construction and development of China’s cities are discussed.Taking the Shijingshan area as an example,we have found that the problems of poor living conditions,lack of public infrastructure and industrial legacy are widespread in China’s cities.Then it introduces the demand and application status of the assembled modular unit in urban construction and renewal,and combines the third chapter to demonstrate the feasibility of the modular unit to solve the above problems.The fifth chapter from the modular design of the modular module unit(concept,model,size,construction,material selection),structure and application(available building types,combinations,spatial adaptability),feasibility promotion(internet mode,and Government cooperation)Three aspects of adaptive research have designed a modular modular unit model that is adjustable in size,wide in material selection,flexible in space,and suitable for a variety of building types,climates,environments,and scenarios.The sixth chapter carries out three design practice studies from the three aspects of the module unit body used to improve the infrastructure,improve the living level and transform the old industrial area.The seventh chapter is a derivative study,which simulates the green energy-saving technology and green efficiency of the fabricated modular unit.In this paper,under the concept of sustainable building design,we have actively explored many problems in the construction and renewal of assembled modular units.It also proposes a variety of adaptive countermeasures that can be adjusted for a variety of building types and suitable for a variety of use environments;size,pedestal,roof form,space,materials,etc.It provides an effective reference for future research and project practice in related fields.
