The reform of construction methods and the development of prefabricated buildings are of great significance in China’s overall promotion of socialist ecological civilization and the acceleration of China’s new urbanization process.In recent years,the government has vigorously promoted the transformation and development of the construction industry to the industrialization of construction,and the construction industry is paying more and more attention to the pursuit of low cost,high efficiency,and guaranteed construction quality.Therefore,the prefabricated building has become a hot spot in the construction industry.However,as prefabricated buildings as a new construction mode,the lack of management and technical methods caused the slow development of prefabricated buildings in Our country.Given lean construction with prefabricated construction in origin,construction and other aspects of the similarities and lean construction in improving quality,efficiency,reducing waste,promoting sustainable development,etc,to solve the problem of prefabricated building in developing in our country,implementation of prefabricated construction sustainable development plays an important role.At present,the development of lean construction and the prefabricated building is more mature in foreign countries than in China,and the research on them in China is still in the initial stage,especially the lack of research on the promotion of lean construction theory and technology to the development of the prefabricated building.Based on the above situation,this paper,based on the management concept and technical methods of lean construction,explores the influencing factors and logical mechanism of how to promote the development of prefabricated buildings in China,to obtain the path to promoting sustainable development of prefabricated buildings.The research will lean construction to improve construction efficiency,effectiveness,reduce or eliminate waste management concepts and techniques such as maximizing value method and the current our country prefabricated building development is slow,cannot satisfy the national requirements for the transformation of the construction industry development,such as combining the reality of,and so on have built based on relevant theories support lean,By exploring how to realize the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings based on lean construction,the research topic of "sustainable development of prefabricated buildings based on Lean Construction" was innovatively proposed,and the real problem of promoting the healthy and rapid development of prefabricated buildings was explored from a new perspective.In the process of analyzing the sustainable development path of prefabricated buildings based on lean construction,an analytical framework of"identification of influencing factors--the measurement of sustainable development--Analysis of implementation path" was set up,and three questions were studied:"What is the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings based on lean construction? What are the potential implications?" "How to measure the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings based on lean construction? How can the scientific applicability of measurement scales be guaranteed?" "What is the relationship between the realization of the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings based on lean construction and various influencing factors,and how to realize the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings based on this relationship?As for the exploratory research question 1,the original materials related to lean construction and prefabricated buildings were obtained through case collection and semi-structured interviews,and 47 initial categories and 15 main categories were abstracted steps by step by using grounded theory coding technology.The factors affecting the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings based on lean construction are gradually obtained,and its internal logic is described.About descriptive research question 2,the article is based on the analysis of the grounded theory results at the same time concerning related research both at home and abroad and follows the scientific scale development program based on lean construction of prefabricated building sustainable development measure scale development,and in both Beijing and Tianjin as the main research area,using questionnaire survey research data,By analyzing the exploratory,reliability,and validity of the data,the measurement scale is tested and modified,and a more scientific and perfect measure scale is obtained.For causality research problem 3,the paper does not adopt the traditional linear and symmetric thinking,but chooses the QUALITATIVE comparative analysis method of FS QCA,tests the path model of the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings based on lean construction,and analyzes the various conditions configurations that affect the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings.And on this basis has been existing in management as a condition of the core of "leading" management,exists in implementation method as a condition of the core of "technology leading,and management mode and implementation method of conditions exist at the same time as the core" technology-management "three based on lean construction of prefabricated equivalent path of sustainable development of architecture.It provides scientific guidance for the sustainable and good development of prefabricated buildings in China.
