Developing assembled building is conductive to the implementation of national sustainable strategies,and promote harmonious development of environment,resource,human and architecture.In order to realize modern assembled building,then we need break the routine,researching and developing a structural system for building easily integrated.In view of this,mainly from the architectural space module,structural system of modular architecture,connection technology of architectural module,calculation about stiffness of architectural module and so on several aspects to carry on the thorough analysis and research,and obtain corresponding results.(1)In architectural space moduleFirstly,classified the architectural space module unit basing on the function,structure,stress of structure,construction material,process of fabricating and so on of the unit.The architectural space module made by EPS module and the space module with steel-concrete composite structure are proposed.Designed the components,mechanical structure,walls,floor and connecting structure,etc of the new architectural space module proposed,forming a complete and systematic knowledge structure,which has practical reference value and practical significance.Secondly,based on the proposed new EPS module building space module and steel-concrete composite structure space module,the calculation method of stiffness of building space module is derived.Thirdly,carry on the finite element simulation of the single span,multi span space module unit,based on the finite element model established by ANSYS,the corresponding stress nephogram,displacement nephogram and load-displacement curve are obtained.The regular on the stiffness effected by span of the space module is obtained by comparing the results of the simulation on the single-span module with unequal span.The regular influenced by the number of span on the stiffness of space module element is obtained through comparing the results of the simulation on thespace module having equal span with different number of span.The rule effected by the number of span on the stiffness of space module with equal and single span is obtained by comparing the results of the simulation.Giving the design suggestion of space modular building structure.(2)In structural system of modular buildingsFirstly,based on the architectural space combination principle,the architectural space module is combined in cartesian coordinate system,and the combination of various space modules is analyzed.The modular architectural structure system is divided into a whole modular architecture system and a non-fully modular architecture system.Secondly,the assembly space modular steel-concrete composite structure system and assembly steel frame concrete box structure system are presented.The mechanical structure and connecting structure of two new modular building structural systems are designed.This paper provides a reference for the design of modular architectural structure,and serves as a foundation for the development of modular construction system.(3)In the connection of architectural space moduleFirstly,the connection of architectural space module unit are studied,to improve the function of seismic and energy dissipation,adopting certain structural measures and technical measures which can realize isolation and absorption of earthquake.Secondly,the technical scheme of the connections between architectural space module through steel frame and beam-column with bolts are presented,and the basic structural forms of the two connection technologies are designed.A theoretical calculation is carried out on the connection technology of the new beam and column joint,and the corresponding joint model is designed and verified.Both new connection technologies adopt bolts to realize the connection of building space module,which effectively improves the construction efficiency of the building space module unit.Thirdly,the low cycle loading simulation is carried out on three finite elementmodel established by ANSYS with different cross section forms of core column,the stress nephogram,hysteretic curve and skeleton curve are obtained.Compared with the simulation results,the new structure joint has good stress capability and seismic performance,and the core column has no obvious influence on the performance of the joint.The new joint form can avoid the problem of the beam and column showed by reducing the size of the section meanwhile meet the force requirement.The research of this paper can provide reference of design,construction and manufacturing about the assembled building,and theoretical reference for the systematic development of the space module...
