Hydraulic lifts are widely used in various fields such as construction machinery and crane transportation due to their large load capacity,high degree of automation,and ease of centralized control.However,hydraulic lifts have low power and high energy consumption,which causes serious waste of energy resources.Therefore,it is very important to study the energy saving problem of hydraulic lifts.In the working process of the hydraulic lift,the starting and braking processes are more frequent.Every time it rises,the organization needs to obtain greater kinetic energy and potential energy;each time it falls,in addition to the need to overcome the frictional resistance,but also because of the reason that the device needs to limit the speed,the components are subjected to great resistance and pressure,so during the ascent The kinetic energy and potential energy generated in it are converted into heat energy in the form of vast numbers,causing serious energy losses.In addition,when the elevator is in the lifting process,the oil heats up,and the oil discharges a large amount of flow.A large amount of discharge flow reduces the work stability.At present,various proposals have been put forward for energy-saving research of hydraulic elevators at home and abroad.The most effective one is based on accumulator energy recovery hydraulic elevators.Although this type of hydraulic lift has a certain effect in terms of energy saving,there are still many drawbacks.When a hydraulic lifter recovers energy through an accumulator,the accumulator is in an unstable state when the system is just starting up.At this time,the flow ripple of the system is not only reduced,but is increased due to the addition of the accumulator.It will cause a lot of throttling losses.In this paper,the secondary regulation technology is applied to the hydraulic lifting system,and the energy of the hydraulic lifting device is recovered and reused.This not only overcomes the throttling loss,but also has a very good energy-saving effect.The article has done the following research on the energy saving of hydraulic lifting systems.(1)Introduce the working principle of the hydraulic elevator,analyze the significance of the energy saving of the hydraulic lifting system,find out the current shortages of the hydraulic lifting system,and then propose the second adjustment technology and apply it to the research of the energy saving of the hydraulic lifting system.The purpose of this study was to explore and study the subject.(2)The concept and working principle of secondary regulation system are introduced in detail,and how to improve and control hydrauliclift device is expounded.(3)By comparing the schematic diagram of the traditional hydraulic lift based on energy recovery of accumulator and the hydraulic lift based on secondary regulation technology,It can be found that there are a lot of flow pulsation and throttling loss in the hydraulic lift based on the accumulator recovery type,but the hydraulic lift based on the secondary regulation technology makes up for these shortcomings.Therefore,it is concluded that the hydraulic lifting system based on the secondary regulation technology has great advantages,and the principles of the traditional hydraulic lifting system and the hydraulic lifting system based on the secondary regulation technology are studied and analyzed respectively.Finally,it is concluded that the hydraulic lifting system based on the secondary regulation(4)The important components of hydraulic lift based on accumulator recovery type and hydraulic lift based on secondary regulation technology were set up and the modeling simulation and analysis based on AMEsim software were carried out respectively.(5)The pre-charging pressure and volume of the accumulator in hydraulic lift based on the secondary regulation technology are related to the energy-saving characteristics of the secondary regulating technology applied to the hydraulic lifting device.
