High temperature heap leaching uranium molybdenum ore extraction technology" is the nuclear industry Beijing Institute of Chemical Metallurgy proposed,the technology can be more efficient and economical extracted uranium molybdenum ore.For this reason,the Nuclear Industry Beijing Institute of Chemical Metallurgy and Nanhua University were jointly developed a set of heap leaching uranium and molybdenum deposit insulation system.The design of the ore discharge device is the core device of the insulation system.In this paper,the research status of uranium molybdenum ore heap leaching and unloading devices is summarized at home and abroad,and perform a simple analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various heap leaching methods and unloading devices,and the necessity of designing is unloading device.The main purpose of this project is that we can not carry out large-scale ripening of uranium and molybdenum ore-heap leaching,and can not carry out industrialized large-scale production.According to the requirements of ripening and heap leaching technology,a kind of unloading and unloading device is designed to ensure the sealing and insulation requirements of the process,and the ore can be discharged.To a certain extent,improving our existing uranium levels.Firstly,the design of the unloading device body is carried out.The structural design and the strength of the body are analyzed,and the finite element simulation analysis and reliability analysis are carried out.And the process of insulation sealing requirements,the unloading device cover for structural design and check and seal material selection;According to the workload and weight calculation of the choice of track models,and its theoretical analysis and finite element simulation;Load the work requirements,design the hydraulic system and use the relevant standard equipment;Determine the final design of the ore bin discharge device.The finite element analysis of the vehicle body and the track is carried out by analyzing the key components of the device.The results show that the body and the track of the discharge device are the strength requirement.Not only to ensure the process of sealing insulation requirements,but also completed the ore after the dumping treatment.The completion of the design of the unloading device of the silo can realize the automatic opening and close of the insulation,covered of the bottom of the bank,and ensure the insulation sealing effect of the mine warehouse.The high-temperature ripening uranium and molybdenum ore extraction process are successfully applied to the industrial production and fill the large-diameter coal mine for the high-temperature maturing heap leaching treatment of ore field blank,for the need for a process of large quantities of ore ore storage design provides a new idea.
