Research On The Performance Management System Of GZ Company

The auto rolling industry has become an important branch of the rapid development of logistics industry with the release of automobile policy and the increasing demand.As an important content of human resource management,performance management is becoming more and more attention and attention of the enterprise managers.The port is an important node of the global supply chain,and the performance development level of the port marks the development level of the national economy.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to set up the correct concept of performance management and to improve the performance management system of port enterprises.Based on the analysis of the theory of performance management,this paper analyzes the development and performance of GZ of tianjin port by SWOT analysis model based on the characteristics of the industry and the enterprise situation.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,field research method,to tianjin port GZ company performance management present situation has carried on the thorough research and analysis,found the existing problems,including the department goals,and personal goals with corporate strategy,the performance indicators system and evaluation standard is not specific,communication is not active,enforcing the performance appraisal is not big,performance,application of actual than single factors.This paper analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward some ideas and specific design schemes to optimize the performance management system.The main content of this paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly introduces the background and research significance of this paper,the current situation of domestic and overseas research,research contents and methods.The second part introduces the theory of performance management.The third part introduces the status quo and the problems and causes of performance management of GZ company.The fourth part introduces the optimization scheme design of GZ company’s performance management system;The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.
