Electric power resource has irreplaceable place in national energy,while power enterprise undertakes the mission to maintain electric power security and continuous supply in the society,which is the solid backup to guarantee national energy,and besides,it has close connection with the development of other industries.With the entrance into deep water zone of SOE reform,it is the important task for some state owned enterprises to improve management level,so that they can further enhance performance of enterprises.In 2009,some A power enterprise began to implement performance management in accordance with the unified pattern provided by superior administrative unit and referring to the experience of performance management in advanced unit,and it has formed into performance management system of itself.However,due to the lacking of experience and professional management personnel,the system of performance management is not so complete,which has the problems of disjointing between management measure with reality,none of management mechanism with great incentive function,risk of talent loss,and lacking of related improvement of traditional management model.In this thesis,by means of in-depth literature review,questionnaire,and field interviewing,it explores the measure and feasibility of performance management on employee in the background of new area.The research contents of this thesis include discussion on the status of performance management in domestic and foreign power enterprises,introduction on research background,later,it takes A power company as an example,illustrates the standard and procedure of performance management,and also the status and deficiency for the performance management in A power company.By means of the research on some theoretical basis,it has analysis on the performance management of employee in electric power enterprise,with the combination of existed problem and status of performance management in A power enterprise,it starts from the improvement on performance management of employee,reasonably improves the problem of this enterprise in performance management for employee,puts forward related strategy and measures to guarantee the smooth development of performance management in this enterprise,so that it can put forward some reference and optimized direction for the performance management model of A power company and also the performance management in internal primary power supply units of SGCC.
