| With the deepening reformation of the state-owned enterprises in China,the competition among ports is becoming more intense.In the competition of the pots,talent has become the key in the development and progress of the enterprises.As a state-owned port enterprise of transport,the company named ZH has strengthened the development of human resources,intended to explore ways to stimulate the working potential of employees,and improved enterprise management efficiency and further maintain long-term economic growth in order to seek competitive advantages.This paper explores the performance management system applied to the current situation of ZH Company by adopting the existing mature performance management ideas and combining the characteristics of state-owned enterprise management,Firstly,this paper studies and analyzes the existing problems of performance appraisal now whether at home or abroad and problems in performance management of state-owned enterprises on the basis of reviewing a large number of theoretical literature.It clarifies the research direction and research methods on the basis of the existing research results.Secondly,the basic situation and the current performance management system of ZH Company are summarized.The problems of the current performance management system are pointed out.Thirdly,it applies Key Performance Indication(KPI),Management By Objective(MBO)and Full view performance appraisal method aimed at different evaluation contents.Employee review has been protocoled from the two parts of staff performance and organization performance.At the same time,optimized the weight allocation and designed the evaluation index.The sustainable system of performance management which includes performance coaching,performance assessment,performance feedback and improvement has been established.Finally,it also puts forward the necessary safeguards needed by the implementation of the performance plan from the perspective of the long-term development of the company.In this way,the performance optimization plan can be successfully implemented,the potential of employees can be stimulated,the working level can be continuously improved,and the strategic goal of the enterprise can be finally realized.It hopes that the performance management system suitable for the management characteristics of ZH Company can be established through the study of performance program optimization,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise and gain competitive advantages.Meanwhile,reference performance management system optimization will be provided for other state-owned enterprises. |
