The switch reluctance motor is widely concerned because of its simple structure,good speed regulation performance and low cost.However,due to the serious non-linearity caused by its double convex structure and the severe saturation of magnetic circuit,the fixed parameters cannot adapt well to the operating conditions and the torque ripple is relatively large.To solve this problem,the nonlinear modeling and control methods of switched reluctance motor are discussed.This paper first introduces the mathematical modeling method of switched reluctance motor and the development status of torque ripple suppression technology at home and abroad.Then with 12/8 pole,power for 3 kw of switched reluctance motor as the research object,using Ansoft software Maxwell of switched reluctance motor for two-dimensional finite element simulation,it is concluded that the magnetic field distribution and static simulation calculation of torque and flux linkage,inductance characteristic features.This paper introduces the basic principle of direct torque control strategy and its related mathematical formulae,and expounds its advantages over other control strategies.Through the detailed introduction of the detailed structure of the simulation model under the control strategy,it is easy to understand the advantages of this strategy.And the analysis of its simulation results to verify its superiority.The analysis of direct torque control needs to be optimized,and the necessity of adding fuzzy PI controller to the original model is explained by introducing fuzzy controller and PI controller.The reason of adding fuzzy PI controller is verified by simulation experiment.Setting up switched reluctance motor experimental platform and designing the software part and hardware part of the system,measuring experiment waveform after debugging,comparing the experiment waveforms with the simulation waveforms to validate the rationality of the control strategy.
