With the increasing shortage of non-renewable energy such as oil and people's attention to environmental issues,electric vehicles will gradually replace the traditional fuel vehicles and become the main force of the automobile industry.Motors are the key parts of electric vehicles.Switched reluctance motors(SRM)have attracted much attention in automotive motors due to their simple structure,low cost,high starting torque,low starting current and adaptability to harsh environment.Based on the 3KW three-phase 12/8-pole switched reluctance motor designed and manufactured by SRD laboratory,the DTC algorithm and its controller are studied in this paper.Motor torque ripple is the main disadvantage of switched reluctance motor,and it is also the obstacle to its development and application.Based on the phase current reconstruction technology and the fuzzy PI algorithm,the traditional direct torque control strategy is improved,and the SRM controller is made.This paper first introduces the basic structure and mathematical model of switched reluctance motor.The DTC algorithm of three-phase switched reluctance motor is discussed in detail,and the phase current reconstruction algorithm of dc busbar current sampling of switched reluctance motor is proposed.In order to better improve the control performance of switched reluctance motor,the speed loop adopts fuzzy PI control.The improved DTC algorithm is simulated and verified in MATLAB/Simulink.The system has good dynamic response ability and anti-interference ability.The main controller of hardware circuit adopts ARM controller STM32F302R8T6,and completes the design and selection of key components in power conversion circuit,power supply circuit,serial port communication circuit and voltage detection circuit.Finally,the rationality of the controller design is verified by experiments.
